Watumull 40\'s Hawaiian Pants Play Suit

I have looked at the label resource and this label is not there. I am hoping there are some hawaiian collectors over here that are willing to share some knowledge. I have what *I think* is a 40's Watumull Pants/Play Suit. Skyblue with Hibicus flowers on the design. Is it 30's or 40's? Does anybody know the pattern name of the fabric? Any more history, info. would greatly be appreciated!
