Wayne Clark Jacket

Is Wayne Clark a known name outside of Canada? I have a very snazzy Wayne Clark Jacket from the 80's I'd like to sell... but I'm not sure if there's a market for it.
It has strings hanging down all over it and is 2 tone red and black - like a flapper dress. Im sure there's a name for those dangly strings but I cant think of it right now!

My mom thought the jacket was the bee's knees - not sure if anyone else would though.
It seems Canadian Designers are not too sought after on Ebay.

I had a hard time selling a great Wayne Clark dress I had a while ago.I dont think there is a market unfortunatley....

I agree, the only Wayne's I have been able to sell are some iconic 80's glammy short dresses.

Thanks for your help - and I think Fringe is the word I was looking for!
The jacket has been sitting in our antique mall boot for several years, with no takers.
I may just start wearing it myself just to give it a reason for living.
