Wedding Dress Artist

I've read about this artist before but have never posted. There was an article about her in one of our local mags so it reminded me. She captures the essence of a brides wedding gown in pencil or paint for a one of a kind keepsake. Kind of a cool way to make a living! Stephanie London
Here are a few of her works:

This is a great idea!!! My sister and I both saved our wedding dresses. We were both married in Albany, New York and both ended up living in Hawaii. For quite some time the gowns were in an attic space in my garage and later in hers. She moved several years ago and we decided to "inspect" the dresses that were supposedly hermetically sealed in their boxes, to see if they would work for either of her daughters. To make a long story short and not to gross anyone out - they were both donated to the Oahu Waste Management Facility aka the dump!!!

Maybe under the bed would have been better.........

Aloha,

Linn

That's so funny. I was painting pictures of people's wedding dresses years ago. Late 90s I think. Maybe I should have marketed them more. I'll have to see if I have any pictures of them around any more.
