Last one for now.
I believe this one is made of silk satin. I cannot do a burn test since every inch of it is well finished and there is not a single place I could find from which to snip a piece.
Oh I was told this is from the 50s, but I have no way of proving that. The label is similar to one form the 50s in the label resource but again it says Priscilla Boutique not Priscilla Bridal
Priscilla Boutique (which I was told was the "haute couture" line of Priscilla Bridal. The skirt has a very high sheen but is dense and backed with stiff batting.
The lace & mesh over shirt is made of a very fine, sift and not stiff lace. This gown was professionally stored for many years. The satin skirt has lace flowers sown on that matches the lace top.
Every inch of this gown is finely finished and shows some serious high quality detail, but the batting shows more wear than expected, so I think it may have been worn more than once.
