Hi All,

I have a batch of vintage wedding dresses I am getting ready to post.

Many of them are unmarked, untagged, unlabeled and I'd love to get help dating them. I have clues for some, since a couple of them have some minor history behind them. But here is the first one, I have little to no information on it.

Please let me know what else you may need picture wise. Pictures of seams or zippers, or what have you, to make it easier to identify.

Sheer muslin wedding dress. Taffeta inner skirt, lined with a crisp batting.

Metal zipper, painted white, I cannot make out the letters on it.

This first dress you have shown us, is from the 1970s.

Isn't she great? My friend from high school days came to visit and that is her 16 year old daughter who wants to be a singer on Broadway. Wonderful & beautiful girl *smile* I think she was a silent film star in a past life or something
