What are these barkcloth items?

I found 6 pieces of this pretty barkcloth. One (sadly, only one) is a curtain. The other 5 I can't identify. There is one piece that is unique and four pieces that are identical.

The unique piece is shown in the first pic. It is long and narrow and has a pocket (is that what it's called?) along one of the long sides as if for a curtain rod. I think sometimes there are these decorative pieces displayed along the top of pairs of curtains, right? Is that what it would be and if so what are those called? It measures 67.5" long by 14.75" wide.

The other four pieces are just plain, hemmed panels. They all measure 36" long by 16.25" wide. I have no idea what they are for!

Thanks in advance for any help.

That was my first thought as well and looks like a curtain valance.

Great print and great score!

i have a few odd sized bark cloth pieces from a consignor. Hers were stapled to boards that were used as valances across the top of her bedroom windows. Some pieces faded, some did not fade at all. but, point being, yours look similar to what we have.

kind of like these:
