Just wondering what date this would be and is it actually finished ? the stitching inside looks like it may not be,
and just anything else about it id like to know. Thanks

Hi - I see mid-70's. I remember my mom wearing similar.

I'm guessing the inside doesn't look finished because this wasn't an expensive piece.

Thanks i guessed as much, it was so cute that i couldn't leave it behind i didn't pay much for it as well.
