what date would this coat be

What date would this coat be it is made of wool and polyester and i am going to presume and say that the fur is faux fur. And what could i do to get rid of that itchy feeling when you put it on ?

It looks 70s and the fur may be real. If possible, lighter photos would be helpful and a photo of the back the back.
