What date would you attribute these Lilli Ann Suits to?

What do you think are the dates on these two Lilli Ann suits? Black wocen fabric with black velvet trim and rhinestone closure. The other one is lipstick red with this great attached scarf that is tossed over the shoulder and trails down the back.

Possibly 1970s? Or do you think 1960s? They have the vintage "style" of the 40s or 50s Lilli Ann suits, but are not that age. I think during the 70s Lilli Ann started to go back to their 40s and 50s original designs for that retro "feel". To me, both of these suits feel very 40s in styling. That is why I am leaning towards 70s.

What date would you put on them???

Hummm....80s?? I really thought 70s, but maybe you are right. You think they are "Dynasty" inspired? Gosh - remember that show with Linda Evans and Joan Collins? Boy did they have clothes or what!!

I love 'em! Another vote for 80's here, too, but the red one looks later to me, the other a bit older. Not sure why, but that's how they "feel" to me!
