*What decade is the shirt from?*

I need help in determining the age of a blouse. material is cotton. sewn at home. has a short stitch. some made by hand. buttons and holes are also handmade. triangular shoulder pads. the workmanship reminds me of blouses from the 40s, but the cut reminds me of the 80s. I will be grateful for tips
