What descriptive words to use for this Dorothy O\'hara neckline... Thanks!

Deep V, sleeveless??, ruching over the boob area (I know that I cannot say that on E-bay), and the back other than sexy. I think I might need more coffee because I cannot think of anything that fits and would love some help here.. Thanks!

The treatment reminds me of petals, but not a petal bust. It's more like upside down petals.

I actually had to go and look at the dress again. I thought it was ruching but when I look close I guess it is pleated tucking and not ruching.. I need to steam it again to make it look more like what it is.
