What do I call this laciness?

I have been working solidly for far too long on listings and have come up to a mental block.

Please can you help me describe this with something other than 'black lace top'? (My best effort so far!)



Close up of lace and knotted buttons - like a silky rayon ribbon twisted and made into buttons? is there a name for that?

It reminds me of chantilly lace with soutache "Soutache Chantilly! There well could be a proper name for this lace but I can't think of it right now.

Harriet, I had a 60s blouse with this same lace. I called it corded, which is
what I have seen it referred to as - however, soutache sounds so much
more appealing
