What do these flowers make you think of?

Trying to figure out some keywords for this sweet little spring dress. My brain's lacking oxygen today, I think, because I just can't think of any words to describe the vibe I get from this dress. It just is so....happy.

Also, anyone have any idea why one shoulder has a strap that ties and the other doesn't? It looks like the manufacturer did this, it wasn't modified by the owner, I don't think.

They look like either zinnias or dahlias. Cute dress. Probably just a little something extra on the shoulder to match the hem at the bottom
