What do you call this in English?

I'm having a moment... what do you call this neck treatment, the one with the bow, and the other one? I really don't know the right English term for this (at least I can't think of it) and all that's going round my mind is the German one.

Karin, I would call that neck treatment a pussy cat bow myself! as well as a built in neck scarf/attached neck scarf etc ..........

Agree - I call them pussy bow blouses. They're both the same, it's just that one is tied in a bow and one not.

Thanks you all for your help! I think I've read the term pussy bow somewhere before, but really couldn't think of it now. I list all my stuff in English and German, which sometimes confuses me more than anything. I can think in just one language at a time .
