Is there a term for the trim used to embellish this shirt??

I can't believe I found a matching shirt, skirt, and belt to go with this shirt I bought a few months ago.

Only downside is that the set is pretty tiny. The first shirt I bought is bigger than the other set. I think I'm going to sell them all together as a four piece ensemble.
