What do you call the white sash/ veil looking fabric that lines the back of this dress. It runs from the front on the shoulders and lines the back.

Yes, something like that - maybe pleated shoulder sashes sweeping down to a rosette at the centre back? Not really sashes though, as they're attached, more like a collar but not a collar.

There really should be a name for this particular treatment but I'm lost.
