What does Japan Hysteric mean?

I know what Japan "Fruits" is, but i will have to do some reading up on Japan Hysteric is. and I know what Cosplay is or Kosupree. the latter is very dramatic outfits that look like role play/costume/anime/samurai.

I will have to find out...

I don't know how the actual dress being sold really fits into that look. Maybe i just don't see it, or it is one of those things where folks try to use a catchy KW and it may or may not relate
 
no chris i think you're right - possibly a bit of a confused 'rockabilly boho' vibe to that one too... but then as i no longer live anywhere near a big city i have no idea what the current season looks like from that label.
for all i know it could be all blue checks and lace!:P
