What have I got here? Leather coat

I picked this up for a few dollar a couple of years ago at a thrift store and I'm just starting to wonder about it?

Any info would be great!

It looks 1970s to me.

Yes, that looks 70s to me too. In the early 80s Member's jackets were everywhere and have bizarrely made a comeback.

Members Only has been around since the mid 70s but it really didn't become hugely popular till the early 1980s. That oxblood color is very 70s, the cut of jacket, so maybe this is one of the earlier incarnations of the company.
