What to do when your Puff has lost its Poof?

I recently acquired these two beautiful vintage atomizers in the most glorious shades of blue(my favorite color)! The left has a cobalt blue cabochon with dog tooth prong setting and the right has five blue prong set rhinestones below a blue crystal. These unsigned gems are heaven to admire! Sadly & expected, the "puffs" are missing or crunchy. Is it possible to have them replaced? If I could restore them I might be tempted to splurge and buy my favorite perfume that I really can't afford!!

I found this site online, but notice that on their main page they say that everything was lost in a fire last year. So not sure, but it looks like they might have what you need for a good price.
