What type of garment adverts would you like to see? French 'Primrose' publication 1950-51

I've just acquired the above two magazines from my local book man and can't quite work out what they are: they are full of drawn pictures of models wearing fashion with the odd photograph here and there, approx 3 colour plates per magazine. descriptions (in French so bear with me) contain fabric metres for each garment, no prices in the magazines but one has what appears to be a custom order form in the front with prices per type of garment. I wondered is this a mail order pattern club?

one is the general May edition with all sorts in, the other is a Blouse & lingerie special which is particularly good for it's range of dressing gowns / house dresses (as we've been seeing a few lately!)

I wanted to post scans of the pages in the advert resource but wanted to know:
a) are there any restrictions regarding the legality of copying adverts like this
b) which garment adverts would you most like me to post? (there are some 60 full pages) Selection includes:
May 1951: Dresses, raffia creations, mothers to be, wedding gowns, knitwear (inc. bikini!)
1950 special edition: Slips, nighties, pyjamas, dressing gowns, day housecoats/dresses, evening housecoats/dresses, Blouses/skirts, mothers to be nightwear.

I love that it has very subtle scallop edging on the bottom too. I love the poses in this magazine, all the ladies do exactly what they would be in those clothes, i.e. sweeping the floor or yawning! wait till you see the cover!

These are great! I have Swiss and Austrian magazines like that here - they basically show all the patterns that one could order then for home sewing. The Swiss ones have some sewing patterns included, but not for everything, and only in one size, and all else one could order by mail. The Austrian one I have is pretty much fashion drawings and photos only, all with descriptions and pattern numbers, plus a lot of ads, a short story and a recipe or two (it feels like these things were only thrown in so that it wouldn't be just pictures only :)). There is no mail order form, but prices, address and a phone number where one could order. One pattern for a dress or suit cost about the same as the magazine actually cost... I could imagine that maybe fabric shops would have sold these patterns too.
