I have several amazing vintage dresses and looking for help in identifying the type of lace for each one. I will post a few each day. Thank you for your assistance~This one is a beauty! Sorry for the poor picture quality~

Yes, I agree with chantilly lace.

Janilyn I have a suggestion to make: you have two threads now with the same title but for different dresses. I almost didn't look at this one because I thought it was a duplicate. If you vary the title a little, it will be more helpful. Eg, you could rename this one "Black lace dress - What type of lace is this?"
