What type of lace is this? CREAM BLACK DRESS

I have several amazing vintage dresses and looking for help in identifying the type of lace for each one. I will post a few each day. Thank you for your assistance~

Do you have a close up of the lace please? From this distance it looks like a machine made lace on a tulle backing but a better view will help.

According to The Lace Book by Jessie F. Caplin p.1932
Its described as CARRICKMACROSS which can be machine reproduction and sold in y

ardage. The hand-made Carrickmacross originating in Ireland are two kinds an applique and a guipure. The applique is described as cut work on net, finished with heavier outlining thread.
