I'm afraid I can't be of any help with a specific name, but they look like they were part of a suit....perhaps there was a matching dress at one time?

l would have thought the over jacket would have had hot pants underneath...l recall them well!!! the greeny one.

or a mini dress or skirt..the second looks more formal less fash' so almost surely a dressier dress.

I typed an answer to this post a little while ago but it didn't show up.

I think the first one is early 70s and it could have possibly been worn over hot pants or a mini dress. I had a similar one in the early 70s over hot pants. The only wording I can think of is overdress??

The second one looks to be 60s with its bright colors and three-quarter sleeves. I would definitely put coat in the title and you might use "swing". It looks to be a nice lightweight spring coat.

The second one could be called a duster and probably had a matching dress.
