Hmmm..... It's sort of a shortened bishop sleeve, or a modified flounced sleeve. There must be a "real" name for it, as these sleeves are not uncommon, but I don't know what that would be! I'd probably call it a "modified bishop sleeve," for lack of a more technical term....

Maybe a "reverse puff"? It's hard to tell from the pics, but it looks like they'd puff around the elbow? Which is slightly weird. In a cool way.

Hi, this link shows different styles of sleeves, it looks like a shortened bishop sleeve with added gathering at the fore arm. I am quite sure there is a specific name to it, I will find it.
