What\'s the correct name for this style of shoe?

Hi,

I hope one of you shoe experts can help me.

I would like to know the correct name for this style of shoe.

Any info would be gratefully received.

By the way, they were sold to me as "original 70's mod platform shoes" if this helps.

Apparently they were originally from Holland and the make reads: 'Modactuel'.

One last thing, any thoughts on what colour laces I should put in?

Oxford platforms??? That's just a guess and I would wait for the experts. I would try and match the laces to the darker colour in the shoe.
