What\'s the technical term for this bust/back combo?

I know it's not halter...but I can't seem to wrap my mind around the appropriate keywords for this...

Thanks, Hollis. I imagine whoever wears this has to go braless or something...

Would the bust be like a deep v with fold over collar or is there a term I'm missing for it?
