When are these jeans from????

I bought these jeans at a vintage pop-up event and I am trying to figure out when they’re from. It’s hard to find information about this brand. Does anybody have info on this brand that might help me date them? Or any guesses?

I don't know that brand, but the color indicates early-mid 90s. Are they high-waisted? What is the leg shaped like? The telling of a garment is just so much more than the label, especially when it is not an easily-googleable label.
