When did Saks contract baby clothes from the Philippines? Thank you

I purchased about 12 baby clothing items, never worn, some with the Saks label. All say "hand made in Philippines". Is the Philippines label familiar to anyone? The garments look to be about 1960s. The fabrics are cotton with a couple of wool ones. Thank you in advance for help.

There should be more labels in your garments that might help with dating.

Childrenswear can be hard to date as the styles are often classic and aren't as impacted by fashion trends as other forms of clothing.

Yes, if it's 1960s or 1970s there might be care labels that help with dating a lot.
