When was "One Size Fits All" used on labels?

Hi. If a label on a shirt says "One Size Fits All" and "Made in USA," can I safely assume it is from the 1980s? This New York City shirt measures 25 inches armpit to armpit and is 29 inches long (Maybe equivalent to a 2XL today?) but says that on the label. Any other comments re: the graphics welcome as well. :-) The Yankees logo in the middle isn't quite right so I don't think it was real Yankees merchandise. Thanks!!

I have seen 1970s items with one size fits all on, so the phrase has been in use before the 80's but your shirt does look at least 1980's to me.
