White lace dress.....1960s??

Hi everyone,
Uneducatedly I guess 1960s.
This dress has a small deteriorated or ripped area of lace and I have seen a recent post about repairing it. I will look that one up.
This is a Toronto designer.....I'm in Canada and find some beautiful stuff occasionally that I find hard to get info on.

I'd go with 60's, but that style of label is also seen earlier. The ruffle edged sleeves are a lovely feature.

I'd go with late 60s and it really is lovely. I'm also Canadian and I've had several items with this same label, although
I don't have any info on her. If Jonathan pops in, he may have some knowledge of this label.

I really like this type of lace fabric, and have had 60s dresses with it. Yes, 60s, I agree.
It looks nicely constructed too.
