Whiting and Davis pouch

Hi,
I am not very good at dating Whiting and Davis bags. I am guessing between 30s-60s- I really have no clue. I am hoping someone can help.

It's a pretty classic style, hard to pin down....really cool. Hope someone knows the labels better than I!

A nice clear shot of the label will help - I always associate that style with the '60s but it's likely that W&D were doing them earlier. Can you tell what fabric it's lined in?

A good close-up of the chain will help, too. I associate this style with "earlier" but this piece looks "newer" to me so a good shot of the label and the chain will help.
