I don't know who he is (i assume its short forGilbert, but could be Gillian for all I know). I just thought I would throw that out there in case it rang a bell with anyone.

Whoever he/she might be, the lining is covered in jesters. This is not the true lining color,just altered for clarity.

why do I have to know all these things? I guess I really don't but just asking as maybe someone will know. (i searched the internet to no avail)

and why did he make such a cool chartreuse coat and its too big for me? I guess that can never be answered. Nice arc sleeved, later 60s style.

I am still trying to get the color right! its a little tamer than it looks but not by much. i will take another stab at it.

Chris, I did a Vivisimo search and several German clothing stores came up, plus one French one that have Gil Brett clothing - unfortunately the
sites are not in English. I think it is safe to assume that he is still designing.

There may be more on him on Google or one of the other search sites.

I got nothing when i looked - i will try again.

Maybe he suddenly has a following and was discovered overnight .

Me too. I am just bummed its a 40/41 bust...it is just too big on me!

I can technically put it on but it looks big on me.

Shame because i love the color.
