Inherited this scarf from my mother-research revealed nothing familiar since I can't tell the spelling. Any ideas?

I will try to find confirmation of this, but I think it says Pellet. I see someone (on Etsy?) is selling a scarf attributed to a Pellet, but, of course, that does not prove that that is the designer.

I saw Pellet as well-does that means it's vintage since I don't know how long my mom owned it
