Why I love swapping and Catwalk Creative Vintage

I received these gorgeous Taryn Rose shoes, in exchange for some YSL black patent platforms, via a swap on another board. This is my size in TR and her size for the YSL, so we are both thrilled. I think they'll go really nicely, with this 30's "Rosewater Deco" jacket, which I purchased from Louise, of Catwalk Creative!

Anyone else love to swap? I have more fun, and it saves money, it really does.

Yes it is a good idea for shoes. Its.hard sometime to match vintage outifts with shoes that fit you....

Chris, I get such a kick out of a successful swap. I knew that I needed an 8.5 in Taryn Rose, so it was a snap. And yes, it sure can be a challenge, when you know the look you want, and it's in the wrong size.

Sarah, I have to say, it's a very fun hobby, and you are absolutely correct, about that aspect of the match-up.

If anyone is up for swapping, here is some of what is currently up for swaps. There is a great pair of black leather Coach loafers, that are a smidge too small for me. The red platforms, I am probably keeping as a prop though...try me.
