At the Caritas secondhand shop, where I bought my fab Dior shoes, they always decorate their shop windows so nicely - one just can't walk by and not notice (but I should, as I'm saving up all my money for next months' vacation :lalala: ).
On the left, with the flowers on it is a small black handbag.
Isn't this just fab?
They keep this decoration for about 4 weeks, and this time you can't buy any item that's in the window, but they list the prices, and the date as when these things go on sale (meaning they change the decoration the day before).
That's how they do it at all Caritas shops here, and their windows are always a sight - last summer they did four at their downtown store with clothes made of colorful, flower-print fabrics. Too bad I didn't take a pic then... I think it's a great idea to entice people to shop there (they are charity shops).
