Early - mid 60s. The stacked leather heel was an alternative to the spiked stiletto. They were also considered more suitable for suits and tweedy daytime things. Stilettos were for fressy dresses and cocktail parties. Those heels were available throughout the 1950s and early 60s but the toe shape on your pair are early-mid 60s.
