I thought it would be fun to show vintage clothing items that we may or not be familiar with but do have high resale values.

Case in point today I was looking at vintage sweaters on EBAY.

Item 290988826366 $910 for this vintage FILA sweater.

Any guesses on why this was such a "winner"? cause I would have left that one at the Thrift

Maybe a memory for someone. Never know how 2 people will fight over an item if they really want it.

So true, you just never know on eBay...if the right people see it and want it, prices can still go high!

Believe me when I say I am known to go a bit gaga at auctions. One time an auctioneer who knew us well stopped me from bidding against my own partner.
I have certainly paid more than an item is worth several times.

That auction had an opening bid of $185, so the seller must have realized they had a winner going in to it.
