    I was thrilled to find this pattern booklet from 1944 at an antiques & collectors fair yesterday. Not that I am capable of making any of the pieces but it will go into my collection of 1940s patterns! There are 15 hat,bag & belt patterns in total.

    Crochet is so easy to learn and do, you totally could make these.

    Lovely idea but although I can crochet very simple flowers I just can't follow a pattern. Believe me I have tried!!
