Not a jewelry person, but we have quite a few of them.. It might help to see the other end of the closure? It's a pretty piece.
I agree it would help to see the other side of the clasp and also the reverse/underside of the bracelet. It would also help if you could show us a close-up of the pattern in sharper focus - and give measurements. Is it copper and are the links enamel on copper?
