You must read this! Book written about a vintage diary

A journalist found a red leather diary from the 20s. She became so enthralled by it she wrote a book about it. She met the now 90 year old woman who owned the diary. Amazing!

That is amazing. Thank you. Can you imagine seeing steamer trunks like that in a dumpster? Must have been quite a scene pulling them out. And how sad that they were tossed like that.

oh wow, what a wonderful story. i've just added it to my (ever-growing) 'books to get' list.

my first thought was, and so another vintage clothing lover was born (if the author wasn't already), lol! this is a big reason of why we all love it so.
