I have bought a pair of vintage gloves just because I loved how soft they were.
The woman in the shop said they were Yves Saint Laurent.
They have a label inside that just says YSL but just in capital letters and not in the style I would associate with YSL. The middle letter is a different print. The label is not cotton it is man made fabric.
The gloves appear to be pig skin and I would think driving gloves. They are definately all hand stitched and have a number 734 8 inside the glove plus the size.
I expect I will need to photo the gloves. It is too dark now will do so if I can manage to upload one onto the site.
