Hi All,

Has anyone ever seen YSL items without a label but with this lining? I saw a couple of other pieces like this online and wondering if anyone has any feedback?

in the 1980s "designer label" linings were very popular and could be found in pretty much every shop that sold fabric. At that time, I was sewing my clothing more than shopping in malls, but I imagine if they were available to home seamstresses, that they were probably also in finished garments as well.

So, those linings are not an indication that it truly is an YSL garment, especially if there are no other tags to support it being YSL.
