Help me date and locate these handmade boots and slippers

    The first pair are Opanke - from the Balkans - Bulgarian/Romanian - almost impossible to date because they have been made that way for generations. The third pair are Northwestern Indian/Pakistani, probably 1960s-70s because the embroidery is lurex but again the style is traditional and unchanged for generations. The boots are Turkish/Syrian - somewhere in there... again postwar, maybe 1950s-1970s?
