Help with information on this label ' Regina' please

    Hi,
    With the longer evenings I've finally got round to some sewing, including a black cotton velvet 30s - 40s jacket with what feels like ermine lapels. I'd love to know more about this jacket (it's staying in my collection!) but I can't find anything on the web about the label?
