Help dating JC de Castelbajac dress

Hi,

Here's a dress tagged JC de Castelbajac Made in Paris. Is this the Basquiat-inspired design? The dress is a stretchy silk (or polyester spandex?) No fabric or care label. I'm not even sure whether it's vintage?

Does anyone know this dress? May I receive help to date it and identify the fabric?

I agree with the postage stamps. And they look like they have the Euro sign so it can't be older than 1995. Unique dress though!
