50s or 60s? Dress

Here's that ribbon hem again. The pic of the hem has what's left of a tag and no other labels anywhere. I think it may be linen. Metal zipper. It is So heavy due to all those beads. Am I right in thinking another early 1960s dress or might it be older? It's in lovely shape. I found it in a thrift store for 3 dollars and snapped it up!
