Help with dating formal dress - possibly wedding dress?

Can anyone help me to date this dress? I initially thought it was a prom-type dress, but wondering if it could be a wedding dress, although I feel as though the colour might not be right for that? The colour is uniform but for some reason the flash I used made the front bodice look two-toned and little more darker than it really is!

It seems to be a light yellow in the sun .. especially the netting.

The work on the bodice of the dress reminds me a lot of wedding gowns, but it being a pale yellow color, maybe it was a bridesmaid gown.
