hello hope all is well - any ideas on dating these panties? they have an elastic waist & a rayon label. is the embroidery done by hand? also, any ideas of what the scallop hem technique is called? thank you!
bumping this up. I don't have much experience with this type of thing, but I'd guess on something commercially made like this, the embroidery would be done by machine.
