I have just seen this coat and wondered if it may be vintage please? I can't find any hint of the brand except an ended ebay sale that didn't list much info. Something about the tag feels early 90s to me, but it's just a feeling.

I agree about it being '90s. I have a dress and jacket ensemble of my own very similar to this that I got in the mid '90s, if I remember correctly. I really like that detailing.
