Help dating black wool coat, Edwardian or earlier?

    Hello! Post 4 of 5. Looking for assistance dating this coat. Wool with velvet trim. Hook and eye closures at chest. So many amazing details! My favorite detail are the little bows on either side of the inside pocket. Not sure what fabric the lining is. It’s in excellent condition with no shattering. Feels like satin. I don’t think it’s silk due to it feeling a little in the heavier side and there is absolutely no shattering. Any assistance is greatly appreciated!! Thank you!

    Those oversized baubles and bows in heavy silk and the kimono cut to the cut suggest 1910-12 to me.
